Memento Mori
Online or in-person, this service is completely customized to your needs. Timeline and frequency of sessions is unique to each situation.
This service can apply to anyone, at any stage of life.
Memento Mori is Latin for remember you are going to die. If you are interested in exploring themes of life and death, for any reason, this may be the space you’ve been seeking.
In a totally judgment free zone, we will reflect on your thoughts and feelings about your life and death, explore any areas of contention you may be ready to confront along the way, and gain some clarity on what you value, desire, and need moving forward.
This work will look like a combination of one-on-one conversations, simple mental/emotional/spiritual exercises, and guided visualizations, as well as some out-of-the-box tactics customized to you and your most pressing concerns.
The goal of this service is to help you approach your mortality with courage, compassion and profound curiosity, so you can reflect on your life with reverence, and move forward with peaceful resolution.
